Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Wallet

Wallet balances are recorded in naira. Funds are used to pay for purchases you confirm. Every wallet movement is recorded with a reference.

Purchases

Check the beneficiary details before you confirm. Airtime, data and similar purchases cannot usually be recalled once delivered. If a purchase fails, the amount is returned to your wallet. If the result is unclear, it is marked pending while we confirm it with the provider.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.
